Returns and exchanges
Standard unworn products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
Return conditions
The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with original labels.
How to return
Contact us by email before sending the item back. We will confirm the next steps and return address.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the same payment method within 5–14 business days after the returned parcel reaches us and the item condition is checked.
Delivery costs, if applied during the order, are not refunded.
